EKG Skills Training
This course provides a complete 4-week online EKG and Telemetry Technician training program. Students will learn cardiac anatomy and physiology, the electrical conduction system of the heart. lead placement, EKG machine operation, rhythm identification, arrhythmias, heart blocks, artifacts, strip interpretation, telemetry monitoring, safety procedures, patient preparation, and AAH American Allied Health national exam preparation. The course includes video lessons, reading modules, practice rhythm strips, quizzes, downloadable worksheets, and guided review sections designed to prepare students for both hands-on skills training and national exam certification.
